Service Descriptions:

 

Water Damage Restoration

 

Positive structural drying by the use of extraction tools, fans and commercial dehumidifiers. When this equipment is used in accordance with IICRC standards, any structure can be effectively and thoroughly dried. The most common sources of water damage are toilet and sink supply lines, as well as washing machine and dishwasher hoses. A combination of rain and wind can also result in water damage to your premises.

 

Fire Damage Restoration

 

In the same manner as water damage, wet areas will be treated using that same process. Smoke and odor, however, are handled quite differently. All structure and content surfaces must be cleaned using special chemical sponges or specifically formulated cleaning solutions designed to eliminate the soot. The odor and air quality are treated with negative air machines that remove fine particulate, and an ozone machine to eliminate all petroleum-based products from the air, leaving it smelling normally.

 

Mold Remediation

 

The removal of visible mold growth on building materials as well as eliminating mold spores present in the environment. This is done with the use of professional HEPA vacuums, and wet cleaning of all surfaces with an anti-microbial solution and air-scrubbing machines. Air testing by an indoor air quality professional (i.e. Industrial Hygienist) is recommended both before and after remediation to determine the type of cleaning required, and to ensure that all mold has all been removed.
